After performing with Cirque du Soleil, Disney World and even at the Olympics, Gonzalo decided to jump to the entrepreneurial side founding two different circus companies. He successfully managed to take them on tour to over 20 countries. After his MBA, he started to work as a consultant helping startups and independent artists, structure their business models and putting in place growth plans which involved in many cases improving their finances and searching for financing, Gonzalo joined Furniture Atelier Inc. as it’s CFO early this year.

Kerstin Kuyken is a professor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation in the Department of Management at ESG UQAM University in Montreal. Characterized as a polyglot (having lived in 4 countries), she brings an international and intercultural perspective to her research and consulting mandates. She intervenes and publishes on themes such as intercultural (and migrant) entrepreneurship, knowledge sharing and transmission (particularly in the context of entrepreneurial coaching) and generational specificities. She is particularly interested in high-tech sectors and is actively involved in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, notably through research-partnerships, coaching activities with entrepreneurs, conferences and workshops.

Patrice has converted his legal profession into a passion for innovation, developing a portfolio of experiences with political involvement and a social entrepreneurial mindset, now at Arche Innovation. He sits on the board’s Selection Committee, where the projects are evaluated for selection at the incubator.

Hugo has seen all species of entrepreneurs come and grow or fail in his role as a director in the École des entrepreneurs du Québec. His many personal implications in the ecosystem as well as his professional know-how are strategic to the Le Pont's board, where Hugo sits on the Selection Committee, selecting projects to the incubator.

Olivier gained firsthand entrepreneurial experience before coaching entrepreneurs and then directing operations in a leading climate tech accelerator. With extensive networks in the Montreal startup and financing ecosystems, Olivier sits on Le Pont's Partnerships Committee.

With both legal and finance background, Philippe went from private equity at the Caisse de dépôt and to Distinction Capital, Philippe has evaluated and analyzed companies of all ranges. Having seen businesses financed at many stages of their growth, Philippe sits on the Selection Committee, selecting projects accepted to the incubator.

After more than 10 years working for the No. 1 toy company in the world, Marcela founded Probity Marketing – a boutique consulting agency specialized in helping companies whose sense of purpose goes beyond profitability: impact-driven organizations. As part of Le Pont's implementation committee she lends her expertise in marketing, communications, product development, and brand strategy, to help immigrant entrepreneurs introduce their ideas to the Canadian market.

A business lawyer and an entrepreneur, Thierry has launched and purchased companies all the while guiding clients in corporate matters. In his role on the board of directors, Thierry sits on the Partnerships Committee, growing the incubator’s role in the Quebec startup ecosystem and everywhere in the World.

Mixing passion for technologies and entrepreneurship, Boris is now acting as Decathlon Canada's CTO. He brings support and guidance to entrepreneurs on digital product management and technical development.
